Special Use Permit Requirements

     (9) Hours of operation are Monday through Friday during the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM
    (15) The property shall be properly secured. The gate at all access points shall be locked when the facility is not in operation.

     Indianhead Biomass commonly operates outside of their allowed work hours and on weekends. The gate is commonly open between the hours of 5pm to 7am. This is a violation of their Special Use Permit and something the County can enforce. If you see or hear this violation occurring, please report to PRIDE and select "Special Use Permit" from the drop-down.
